Cancellation Policy

Welcome to D&A Consulting Agency! These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by D&A Consulting Agency. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. 1. Services Provided D&A Consulting Agency specializes in personal financial enhancement and business credit setup services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, those outlined in the attached package description you are purchasing. 2. No Refund Policy Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final. The Client acknowledges and agrees that D&A Consulting Agency does not offer refunds for any services rendered. Clients are encouraged to fully understand the scope and limitations of the services before making a purchase. 3. Disclaimer of Liability The services provided by D&A Consulting Agency are intended for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to offer accurate information regarding credit repair and business development, results may vary. D&A Consulting Agency is not a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and does not provide legal or financial advice. The Client acknowledges that D&A Consulting Agency is not liable for any actions taken based on the information provided during consultations or the outcomes of those actions. D&A Consulting Agency does not guarantee that the Client will receive the desired credit score but will do our best to achieve the closest possible results. 4. Additional Support Policy If additional time is required beyond the initial 60 days, the Consultant will offer a free Zoom call consultation to resolve the issue. Check-ins will be conducted every 15 days until the 60-day period concludes. 5. Payment Terms The Client agrees to pay the total investment for the selected services upon signing this contract. Payment can be made via online orders from our website using a credit card or Afterpay and Klarna. 6. Acknowledgment By signing this Contract, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
